Summary: We really liked this property. Great setup to get the group together, get out on the ice, amd find the fish. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The hosts were really helpful and helped with any questions we had.

Summary: It was a beautiful house and great location on the lake. Very clean and had everything we needed to get by. We didn’t know about the wifi limitations but we mostly fished so not big deal. Great place!

Summary: Nice clean cabin. Lots of sleeping room and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies/utensils. Beautiful view of the lake.

Summary: I tried reaching out to the property management company right after we booked to ask them some questions to help us plan ahead. We didn't hear back from them for 3 months. Finally heard back 3 days before we were supposed to leave, with the email of the actual property owner. We emailed the property owner and didn't hear back until an hour after we checked in. This made things incredibly hard to plan. Overall the house was nice. The location is VERY remote, and nothing really around it besides other houses. I don't recommend staying here with little kids. It would be OK to stay here with a group of guys to go fishing though.

Summary: The cabin was very nice and the lake was amazing! It was so nice to walk right of the cabin and swim with the kids (bring water shoes it is rocky). The sunsets were stunning. We had a blast! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the description is a little misleading. It says 2 bathrooms and it’s not two full bathrooms, one has a bath/shower and the other is just a toilet. The kitchen only has the bare minimum, there is only one fry pan, no mixing spoons, the only cups are small kids cups. There were barely any supplies: like half a roll of paper towels, and hardly any hand soap. So just be prepared to bring everything you need to cook and eat. We stayed a week and the closet grocery store is 30 minutes away, it would of been nice to know the kitchen cabinets were mostly locked without space to store food and to bring more cooking essentials. Otherwise the cabin and location were super nice and we had a lot fun!

Summary: The cabin is beautiful for the most part and in a decent location with a nice view overlooking the Leech Lake. We arrived 30 minutes after check in time after driving 4 hrs to location. We tried our access code and it wouldn’t accept it. We reached out to the guest contact multiple times and after multiple voicemails and getting ahold of the Evolve team we finally got in after waiting 2 hours. Never heard from our guest contact at all. The location isn’t bad except in the pictures it doesn’t show that the cabin is within 25 feet of the neighbors cabin. No where in the details does it say you can’t dock a boat over night only found that out after arriving to find it posted on the dock and in the cabin. The walls, doors, porch and grill were filthy and the cleaning was sub-par at best. There is a ton of damage to the walls and doors. The refrigerator hardly kept our food cold the entire weekend. The water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The lake trampoline was no where to be found even though the listing says it would be in the water June thru August. The shower handle leaks when the shower is running. We had a good stay otherwise never long enough per usual with weekend getaways. I would like to give a big shoutout and thank you to the evolve team as their customer service was awesome!!

Summary: We stayed through the polar vortex we had in Feb 2021. The cabin kept us warm, but we also went out walking on the lake sometimes. We loved the large windows which looked over the lake, and the sunsets over the lake were beautiful. I only had one issue which was a minor issue checking in, but I called the manager and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes and we were in! I would like to stay again.

Summary: This cabin was perfect for our group. We were a group of guys that game up to ice fish,play poker and drink a few beers. It’s a nice, basic lofted cabin. Not real fancy but suited our needs well.

Summary: Let me start by saying we love this place. It had exactly what we needed, was not fussy in any way, and was perfect for some quiet days. We're really excited about coming back in warmer months to enjoy being in the lake. There are a couple of things we hope they'll change in the future. The loft area could use a little more furniture. It's such a cool space with a great lake view, but we didn't use it very much because there wasn't any place to comfortably sit up there. We also noted the big room runs a bit cooler because it's harder to heat. We're hoping they have in-floor heating at some point or a fireplace. This place has great bones and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back! Thank you!
